I am seeking steam coal for a Chinese power plant with the following specifications:Quantity: 40,000 MT per month x 12 months. The discharge port will be a river port (in China) which cannot accommodate larger vessels.Net Calorific Value Dry Basis (DB) must not be less than 5200.All prices should be quoted on a NET DRY BASIS.
